Introduction

This page explains how to request deletion of your personal data associated with the Fruit Link mobile application. We are committed to protecting your privacy and providing control over your data in accordance with applicable data protection laws (GDPR, CCPA, etc.).

How to Request Data Deletion

To request deletion of your Fruit Link account and associated data, please follow these steps:

Option 1: Through the App (Recommended)

Open the Fruit Link app on your device
Go to Settings (gear icon)
Tap on Privacy & Data
Select Request Account Deletion
Follow the on-screen instructions to submit your request

Option 2: Via Email

Send an email to: circlesim208@gmail.com
Use the subject line: "Data Deletion Request - Fruit Link"
In the email body, include:
- The email address associated with your Fruit Link account
- Your in-game username (if applicable)
- Clear statement requesting account/data deletion

Important: For security purposes, we may need to verify your identity before processing the deletion request. We will contact you if additional verification is required.

Data Deletion Scope

When you request account deletion, the following data types will be permanently deleted from our active systems:

Data That May Be Retained

In certain circumstances, we are legally required to retain specific data for longer periods:

Note on Anonymous Data: We may retain data that has been permanently anonymized or aggregated in a way that it can no longer identify you personally. This data is used for statistical analysis and service improvement.

Request Processing Timeline

Confirmation (1-3 business days): We will acknowledge receipt of your request
Verification (3-5 business days): We may contact you for identity verification
Processing (Up to 30 days): Data deletion from active systems
Completion Notification: We will notify you when deletion is complete

Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered. All game progress and account information will be permanently lost.
